Job Title: HR Operations Specialist.

Job Summary:
- The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational activities, including attendance, payroll processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT), and HRIS management using greytHR.
- The role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate employee data management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & HRIS (greytHR):
- Manage and maintain employee lifecycle data (joining, confirmation, transfers, exits) in greytHR.
- Configure and manage attendance, leave, shift, and holiday policies in the system.
- Ensure data accuracy and generate HR MIS reports as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for greytHR-related queries and system issues.
Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor daily attendance, shift rosters, and leave records.
- Resolve attendance discrepancies and regularization requests.
- Coordinate with managers for approvals and policy adherence.
Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll end-to-end using greytHR.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, deductions, arrears, and reimbursements.
- Generate payslips and payroll reports.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve employee concerns promptly.
Statutory Compliance (India):
- Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filings, challans, and returns.
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and statutory notices.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure compliance.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Handle onboarding documentation and induction coordination.
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and relieving documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
HR Policies & Support:
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors for benefits, insurance, and payroll support.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong hands-on experience with greytHR.
- Sound knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, PT, and Indian labor laws.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication and employee-handling skills.
