Work Head - Adhesive Plant

Position: Works Head (Adhesive Plant)

BE / B Tech Chemical / Polymer with 20-25 years of experience in Adhesive / Gue / Hardner/ sealants / pigments / leather chemicals / construction chemicals / Waterproofing Chemicals Products Manufacturing.

Reporting To: Chief - Manufacturing Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

- This gentleman will be taking care of Overall Plant Operation.

- Ensuring adherence to all EHS related matters in the Unit.

- Compliance w.r.t regulatory related matters / Govt. related sensitive matters

- Understand and ensure proactive compliance of all applicable Statutory Acts and rules pertaining to running of the Units.

- Represents the company, while engaging with External/Govt bodies, in line with company's stated approach.

- Responsible for Implementation of Initiatives or Assignments driven by HO.

- Responsible for Plant Engineering.

- Maintain high levels of employee engagement and proactively address any local HR issues if they arise incl. maintaining harmonious relations with workmen.

- Provide training on all systems and processes for the Unit and also ensure adherence to all systems and processes in the plant.

- This includes overseeing and ensuring Implementation of FMS

- Selective support for solving supply chain issues for the Unit (inc. removal of structural constraints through remedial actions)

- QA related - Support QA only basis need or wherever called for (i.e. wherever intervention is sought by QA HO).
