Why this role exists

Sales should sell.

As Wooqer scales, we need clarity, rigor, and visibility across the revenue engine. This role exists to remove noise, bring structure, and ensure leaders can trust the numbers they run the business on.

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.

What you will own

CRM Discipline & Forecasting

- Own CRM structure, hygiene, and data integrity

- Build and run forecasting models that leadership can rely on

- Ensure pipeline stages, definitions, and probability logic are consistent

Sales Cadence & Reviews

- Design and run sales cadence: weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews

- Drive input and output discipline across Sales teams

- Ensure reviews focus on execution, not anecdotes

Pipeline Analytics & Reporting

- Own pipeline analytics, dashboards, and MIS

- Create clear visibility into activity, conversion, velocity, and coverage

- Translate data into actionable insights for Sales leaders

Process Improvement & Tooling

- Identify process gaps and bottlenecks across the sales funnel

- Build scalable sales ops processes from scratch

- Own sales tooling, automation, and continuous improvement

What success looks like

First 90 Days

- Clean, reliable CRM and reporting in place

- Predictable and well-run sales reviews

- Clear visibility into inputs, outputs, and pipeline health

- Sales leaders aligned on one source of truth

612 Months

- High forecast accuracy across quarters

- Scalable Sales Operations POD established

- Sales leaders making decisions confidently using data

- Ops systems that support scale without slowing teams down
