Role Overview: We are looking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA); Experience : 0 - 3 Years/ CA Inter(3-5) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit support, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. - Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes- Good knowledge in stakeholder management. - Handle all direct tax and indirect tax. - Good knowledge in record to report in Finance, Accounts, costing function. - Monitor vendor invoices, payment processing, and financial documentation. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies/ IFRS /IND-AS. - Good knowledge financial planning and Analysis. Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (Manufacturing or related sector preferred). - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally/SAP or ERP software). - Solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation, and audit procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skill. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy.
