WoodKraft - Project Director - Interior Fitout/Hospital

- Lead and manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or delays.

- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.

- Conduct regular site visits and review work to ensure alignment with design intent.

- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project managers and site teams.

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders

Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

- Candidates must have a minimum of 18 to 20 years of experience in building construction, specifically in interior fit-out or hospital projects.
