Position description: Senior Analyst/Associates   WOne Management is looking to hire intellectually smart and business savvy Senior Analysts/Associates, with a passion to solve challenging business problems and demonstrable areas of leadership skills.   - The Senior Analyst/Associates will work as an essential part of the project team.   - The work involves designing of frameworks, intense research and fact finding, data analysis, and working with client teams to drive change. There will be constant client dealings and the prospect to work with top management teams. Senior Analysts/Associates would be able to learn about different industries and domains with every project. In addition, there would be multiple initiatives internal to the company to get involved with.   Desired profile:   - Graduate from a top Management institution / CA with strong academic background.  - 1-3 years of management consulting, strategy or industry experience.   - Aptitude to formulate problems rationally, arrive at possible hypothesis, and conduct required research and analysis to arrive at the explanation.
