Role Overview:

- As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization. Your day-to-day will involve conducting in-depth market research, analyzing complex datasets, and developing actionable recommendations for senior management.


- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to drive strategic initiatives and improve business performance. Ultimately, your insights will directly impact our ability to innovate, expand into new markets, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats for the organization.

- Analyze financial statements, operational data, and market trends to develop data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

- Support the development and execution of M&A strategies, including target identification, due diligence, and integration planning, to expand the company's market presence.

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance management dashboards to track progress against strategic goals.

- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors, communicating strategic recommendations and progress updates in a clear and concise manner.

- Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans, considering industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

- Support strategy consulting engagements, providing analytical support and contributing to the development of strategic recommendations for clients.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous quantitative analysis and develop data-driven insights.

- Proven experience in business analysis, including market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.

- Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in-person and remotely.
