Wodehouse - M&A/Deal Execution Role - Investment Banking Practice

Wodehouse Capital is expanding its Investment Banking practice and is looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about M&A and end-to-end deal execution. This role offers deep transaction exposure, meaningful client interaction and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most accomplished investment bankers in the industry.

What You'll Do:

- Lead deal execution: Manage transactions end-to-end, front-end engagement with clients and participate actively in negotiations to achieve successful deal closures. Travel across India as per mandate execution requirements.

- Own transaction materials: Take a hands-on role in creating high-quality deal collaterals including IM's, teasers, pitchbooks, sector analysis reports etc.

- Deliver rigorous financial analysis: Build, review detailed financial models and valuations using methods like DCF, comparable companies and precedent transactions.

- Manage due diligence: Oversee the complete due diligence process, including data room management and coordination to ensure seamless FDD execution.

- Drive market intelligence: Track market trends, identify high-activity sectors and monitor key industry and policy developments to uncover new transaction and client opportunities.

- Mentor and lead: Guide junior team members and contribute to the overall team execution development (prior team leadership experience not mandatory but would be a plus)
