WNS - Associate Director - Insurance Solutions

Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- 8 -12 years of experience in handling analytics projects and solution delivery in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong domain knowledge of General Insurance, Specialty Insurance and L&A across global markets including US/UK/Lloyds of London/APAC

- Lead responses to client RFPs and proactive client pitches by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals, to design and deploy analytical solutions that address key business challenges

- Expertise in understanding clients requirements and converting it into a problem statement with desired value driven solution construct

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong experience in Insurance data transformation programs covering data modernization, governance, advisory, and end-to-end cloud data ecosystems including Data Lakes, Lakehouses, EDW, ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time data integration, and AI/GenAI-ready analytics platforms

- Lead client due diligence workshops, create report outs with clear service and value proposition for Analytics services

- Research and create POVs in upcoming Analytics/AI/Agentic AI areas

- Engage and present Analytics services and products overview / awareness sessions for clients and internal teams

- Actively participate in client visits to drive the analytics agenda

- Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies used in the Insurance business globally

- Moderate understanding of statistical concepts involved in building analytics models

- Should be able to handle and own the entire deal lifecycle for any pursuit

- Must have participated in pre-sales, business development support in previous roles
