WMS/OMS Consultant

Role - WMS/OMS Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client's existing supply chain processes and business requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Design and implement WMS and OMS solutions, leveraging platforms such as Manhattan Active, IBM Sterling, and JDA, to meet client-specific needs.

- Configure and customize WMS/OMS systems to align with client's workflows and business rules, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and inventory management.

- Lead and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation and minimal disruption to client operations.

- Provide training and support to client users on WMS/OMS functionalities and best practices, empowering them to effectively utilize the systems and maximize their benefits.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WMS/OMS systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on client operations.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer and system maintenance.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in WMS and OMS, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our service offerings and provide innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skillset:

- Knowledge of WMS product and/or OMS product - 5-7 years

- Experience of having configured WMS/OMS products 5-7 years

- Deployment and go-live experience

- Integration of WMS and/or OMS with other systems

- Warehouse Operations support

- Integrating, configuring, Designing for, Warehouse Automation

- Experience with configuring OMS product for B2B and B2C orders
