Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions using job portals, headhunting, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Conduct pre-employment background checks, generate offer letters, and facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through engagement, retention, and exit processes.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and values to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
- Maintain and update HRMS, employee databases, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage contract renewals, employee confirmations, and exit formalities in a timely and compliant manner.
