Regional Ops Lead
Job Description:
- As the Regional Ops Lead, you will be the P&L owner for your city.
- This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive business growth, operational excellence, and people management across hubs.
- You will build and lead a city team, ensure flawless execution, and deliver outcomes aligned with Pronto's aggressive scale-up plans.
- This role is suited for a hands-on operator with strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a 0-1 high-growth startup environment.
- Own end-to-end P&L for the city; deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Sync up for adequate supply base (domestic help, workers) with the central supply team while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and NPS improvements along with central CX team
- Build partnerships with local ecosystem players where relevant.
- Ensure flawless city operations across hubs - daily supply fulfilment, attendance, service SLAs.
- Build and implement SOPs for hub operations, escalations, and workforce productivity.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics to drive efficiency and reduce leakages.
- Hire, lead, and mentor Hub Managers, Cluster Managers, and Supervisors.
- Instill accountability and high performance culture across the city team.
- Ensure effective training, motivation, and engagement of ground teams.
- Ensure statutory and process compliance across payroll, attendance, reimbursements, and safety.
- Manage grievances and resolve escalations with a customer-first approach.
- Work closely with Central HR, CX, Supply, Finance, and Tech teams to execute business plans.
- Provide city-level insights to product and central leadership for strategy refinement.
