Pronto - Head - Expansion

Pronto is expanding rapidly across markets, and we are looking for an Expansion Lead to drive our physical infrastructure growth across cities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end hub/training facility scouting and real estate identification

- Evaluate sites based on operational feasibility, cost, and scalability

- Own lease negotiations, closures, and documentation with stakeholders

- Build standardized playbooks for city expansion and hub launches

- Partner with Ops, Supply, and Growth teams for seamless execution

- Ensure speed, compliance, and cost efficiency across expansion rollouts

What We're Looking For:

- Strong experience in real estate, warehousing, or expansion roles

- Hands-on execution mindset with high ownership

- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
