Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with strong expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) projects. The role involves handling enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing production support, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business operations. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of SAP SD configurations, integrations, and issue resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end support for AMS (Application Management Services) activities, including incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within SAP SD.

- Manage and implement enhancements, change requests, and system fixes related to the SD module.

- Perform detailed SAP SD configurations for key areas such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Rebates, Credit Management, and Output Management.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage SAP SD integrations with MM, FI/CO, WM, and other external systems.

- Identify root causes for recurring issues and propose process or configuration improvements.

- Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and system analysis to ensure seamless operations.

- Utilize user exits, BAdIs, and enhancement frameworks to meet specific business needs.

- Provide functional documentation, maintain configuration records, and adhere to AMS processes and standards.

- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate business requirements into SAP SD solutions.

- Mentor junior consultants and assist in resolving complex support tickets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, with strong exposure to AMS or production support environments.

- Expertise in SAP SD configurations related to Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Rebates, Credit Management, and Output Management.

- In-depth understanding of SAP SD integrations with MM, FI/CO, WM, and external systems.

- Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization within the SAP SD environment.

- Hands-on experience with user exits, BAdIs, and enhancement frameworks.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members.

Preferred Certifications

- SAP SD Certification

- ITIL Certification (for AMS processes)
