Role and Responsibility: - Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. - The right candidate will be responsible for managing application development to support the current and target state processes across the design, build, test, deploy & support phases of the project. Required: - Overall experience of 8 to 15 years - The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrate a thirst for better understanding the customer, define the problem and develop solutions. - Analyse, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project status reports for management and stakeholders. - Proficient and experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders - Direct reports, peers, Managers and Clients - Ability to articulate and present complex problems in simple words to work with nontechnical stakeholders - Excellent in driving a team, motivating, helping them resolve problems to meet the goal - Should have knowledge and experience in any technology/technologies used in development - Strong in requirements gathering and documentation - Knowledge of processes and ability to follow processes of the organization - Experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities simultaneously. - Deep understanding of SDLC methods like Agile and Waterfall - Experienced in using project planning and tracking tools like JIRA - Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality of deliverables, and team member performance. Desired: - Development experience in any of the development technologies - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II/Scrum certification is a plus - Manage project budge
