We're looking for an exceptional Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to partner directly with the Founder in identifying, engaging, and hiring the best leadership and specialist talent in the market. Employment Details - Role: Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Reporting To: Founder - Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent - Role Type: Individual Contributor - Work Mode: Work From Office - HSR Layout, Bengaluru - Working Days: Monday to Friday About the Role As the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will own hiring for Wishup's most critical positions-including leadership roles, niche specialists, and strategic Individual Contributors. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will act as the company's internal executive search partner, responsible for designing sourcing strategies, conducting talent intelligence, engaging passive candidates, and closing high-calibre professionals. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys executive search, thrives in ambiguity, and believes exceptional companies are built by hiring exceptional people. This is not a volume recruitment role. Success will be measured by the quality of hires, speed of execution, hiring manager satisfaction, and long-term success of the talent you bring into the organization. Key Responsibilities Leadership Hiring & Executive Search - Lead end-to-end hiring for middle management, senior management, and business-critical positions. - Design proactive executive search strategies for niche and leadership roles. - Identify and engage passive talent through research-driven headhunting. - Build long-term relationships with exceptional professionals across industries. - Develop strong leadership talent pipelines before hiring demand arises. Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence - Partner directly with the Founder on organizational hiring priorities. - Advise business leaders on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies. - Conduct market mapping to identify competitors, talent pools, and emerging skills. - Build hiring strategies for difficult-to-fill and newly created roles. - Benchmark compensation and recommend competitive hiring approaches. End-to-End Recruitment - Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to onboarding. - Conduct recruiter assessments to evaluate candidate fit and motivation. - Coordinate interview processes across internal stakeholders. - Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. - Maintain recruitment data, hiring metrics, and pipeline visibility. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding - Represent Wishup professionally throughout the hiring process. - Build strong relationships with prospective candidates, regardless of hiring outcome. - Continuously improve the employer brand through candidate interactions and hiring practices. - Create personalized engagement strategies for senior and passive candidates. Offer Strategy & Hiring Conversion - Lead compensation discussions and offer negotiations. - Influence offer acceptance through relationship management and strategic communication. - Coordinate documentation, background verification, and pre-joining engagement. - Improve offer-to-joining conversion through proactive candidate management. Recruitment Excellence - Continuously improve sourcing methodologies and executive search practices. - Leverage technology, automation, AI tools, and data to improve hiring efficiency. - Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements. - Build scalable hiring playbooks and sourcing frameworks. What We're Looking For Experience - 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Leadership Hiring. - Demonstrated success hiring middle management, senior management, and niche specialist roles. - Experience independently managing executive hiring from sourcing to onboarding. - Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and passive candidate engagement.
