About the role:

WiseYatra is a fast-growing travel-tech startup building the future of international holidays. We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager with a strong academic pedigree and a demonstrated history of excellence - whether in academics, extracurriculars, entrepreneurship, or professional pursuits - to work and help scale the business through its next phase of growth.

What you will do:

- Play a leadership role in scaling operations, partnerships, growth, and execution.

- Drive business growth, improve customer experience, and lead high-impact initiatives.

- Build processes, systems, and teams that can scale with the business.

- Work across functions including operations, partnerships, technology, growth, and strategic projects.

- Collaborate closely with founders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute key priorities.
