WiseYatra - Senior Manager/Associate Director - IIT/IIM/XLRI/FMS/IIFT

WiseYatra is a fast-growing travel-tech startup building the future of international holidays. We're looking for a highly driven Senior Manager / Associate Director with a strong academic pedigree and a demonstrated history of excellence-whether in academics, extracurriculars, entrepreneurship, or professional pursuits-to work closely with the founders and help scale the business through its next phase of growth.

What you'll do:

- Play a leadership role in scaling operations, partnerships, growth, and execution

- Drive business growth, improve customer experience, and lead high-impact initiatives

- Build processes, systems, and teams that can scale with the business

- Work across functions including operations, partnerships, technology, growth, and strategic projects

- Collaborate closely with founders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute key priorities

- Equally comfortable discussing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to get things done

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills

- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

- Able to take ownership and drive outcomes with limited supervision
