Role Description: - Develop solution proposals meeting client requirements while ensuring deliverability for Wipro with managed risks - Responding to customer RFP's and RFI for managed services related to Data Center Services, Network and Security Services, End user and Service Desk Services - Analyzing RFP &amp; Drafting technical proposals for managed IT services leveraging on the organizations depth and breadth of services - Effort estimation using industry and internal benchmarks aligned with RFP requirements - Activities include Solution shaping, Data analysis and Solution configuration, developing solution plans and storyboarding - Costing and Pricing for the opportunity keeping in view competition, market price and win-ability. Conversion of pricing into customer formats as required. - Assess Customer's business problem and recommend appropriate IT solutions - Co-ordinate for all resources as necessary to support proposal preparation along with internal support teams. - Meeting the client's requirement by utilizing the full breadth of services to produce a quality, winning proposal. - Liaison with relevant senior management in Service Delivery, Sales and Implementation to ensure that the bid sign-off procedures are adhered to. - Coordinate with domain/practice teams to architect solutions, ensuring the right proposition for the business problem / requirement. - Proposal walkthrough and solution presentation to customer IT team and senior management. - Enabling the sales team in articulation of our proposed offerings to clients - Providing technical expertise to the sales team and clients throughout the service sales cycle - Designing best fit ITSM solution for the clients across different domains - Demonstrate Wipro's success within managed services and conducting capability presentations - Overall 10 - 15 years of experience in IT Outsourcing &amp; Managed Services solutions with minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in IT Managed Services Solutioning &amp; Presales - Very good communication and presentation skills - Must be from services presales - Must be willing to travel across India Geography basis needs The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
