Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Lead cross-global functional teams in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing comprehensive finance strategies that directly support and align with the company's Business Operations and corporate departments.

- Ensure financial strategies contribute to strategic alignment with overall company goals and initiatives.

Financial Goal Management & Optimization:

- Manage and drive financial goals that result in strong customer satisfaction, are strategically aligned with company objectives, and consistently optimize costs.

- Oversee financial aspects of supplier relations, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value creation.

Stakeholder Influence & Partnership:

- Act as a key financial partner and influencer for senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations to shape the direction of their functional areas.

- Proactively link finance and business strategies to identify opportunities for optimizing overall business results and achieving strategic objectives.

- Collaborate closely with various business units to understand their financial needs and provide tailored support.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for assigned business units or corporate functions.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.

Cost Management & Efficiency:

- Drive initiatives to improve financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness across business operations.

- Implement financial controls and governance to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 8-10 Years of Experience of progressive experience in finance, with a significant portion in a business partnering or financial management role within a dynamic organization.

Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that support broader business objectives.

Leadership & Influence: Proven experience in leading and influencing cross-functional, global teams and senior stakeholders.

Financial Expertise: Strong background in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

Business Operations Understanding: Solid understanding of business operations and how finance functions integrate to drive overall company performance.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
