- MBA with 7-8 years of relevant experience

- Job Description:

- Develop transition plans, timelines & resource allocation

- Plan & execute smooth hand over of process & knowledge to new team members

- Act as primary point of contact for all stake holders

- Conduct regular meetings & provide transition updates

- Validate process documentation & ensure completion of process maps & SOPs.

- Identify risks & process gaps during transition

- Work on identified process gaps & process automation

- Review of Dashboards & MIS reports on a weekly basis
