



The role involves supporting HR technology initiatives, primarily focusing on HRMS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors. The candidate will collaborate with HR teams, manage data integrity, develop reporting solutions, and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing HR systems and processes.
Global HRMS implementation:
- Should have a good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors or any other HRMS tool.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to define requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines.
- Create user documentation, process document, job aids, and training materials to facilitate system adoption and user self-sufficiency.
- Conduct system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee the deployment of new functionalities.
- Monitor and review performance of support partner to drive SLAs.
- Support Manager on strategic projects by conducting research, organizing. materials, and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution, as needed.
Data Management and Compliance:
- Own the accuracy, security, and integrity of people data, ensuring timely updates, and alignment with firm and market standards. Develop reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and share reporting requirements.
- Work with cross functional teams to build inhouse Reporting Solutions and knowledge base to provide fast and on demand KPI's /Data Insights.
- Should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power point presentations.
Eligibility criteria: MBA in HR/IT with 1-2 years of HR Technology work experience
