ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ plus years of experience and knowledge in recruiting (in-house, RPO or agency) - Confirmed experience of the planning and implementation of end-to-end recruitment strategies across various disciplines - Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition processes and policy - Experience of managing and building relationships with third parties - Experience of working in a highly matrixed global organization. - One team mind-set - demonstrates an understanding of the value of, and ability to develop, high quality, trust-based relationships with the wider organization, leaders & employees - Comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making - Puts the customer and business strategy at the heart of decision making with the ability to guide leaders - Deeply integrated to drive business solutions, not operating as a parallel function - Consistent track record of improving and taking things to the next level - Understanding of agile ways of working with business and P&C partners - Proficiency in MS product suite - Listening, influencing and communication skills Please note : We are working 5.5 Days from Office Immediately Available Candidates are highly preferred
