FATCA with KYC & AML experience  - Specific business knowledge & technical knowledge required: Tax specialist with a strong background in information reporting, particularly relating to 1099/1042-s (US/NRA) reporting and withholding and deposit requirements and understanding of general FATCA requirements  - Identify and assess the tax impact of emerging legislation on Bank and effectively communicate requirements to Tax Operations Management and other business units  - Experience in Tax Operations relating to banking or broker/dealer operations or tax technical advisory relating to financial institution withholding agent requirements  - Ability to translate tax technical requirements into practical IT/operational processes and solutions to assist in the creation of business requirements around new tax regulatory requirements  - Understanding of the offshore implications of the US Tax law, including current Ch. 3 (QI) requirements relating to documentation, reporting and withholding  - Understanding FATCA regulations  - Thorough understanding of tax documentation validity requirements relating to Forms W-9/W-8  - Provide training to business divisions, and other internal clients relating to information reporting  - Familiarity with SOX requirements  - Demonstrate flexibility in process control, adapting processes based on necessary and constant regulatory change
