Management of Competitive Report RFIs from Analyst Firms: - Thoroughly understand and analyze the RFI requirements as highlighted by the Analyst Firm to help articulate the positioning messages and differentiators against competition - Assess the cross functional requirements and relevant teams to be on-boarded, manage the RFI response with the relevant stakeholders - Day-to-day tracking of progress, response content preparation, communications with the business teams - Weekly status updates for all important stakeholders on pending and closed action items as per the RFI preparation timetable - Final response closure & submission, follow up with the analyst firm on next steps. Positioning in Analyst Reports : - Candidate is expected to help position Wipro against competition and therefore must possess the knowledge of how to gather competitive intelligence that will support Wipro's superior positioning and differentiation through the RFI response - Analysis of Wipro's positioning as evident from the final published Magic Quadrant / Wave / MarketScape across different years, highlight aspects of improvement and change based on Analyst feedback. Knowledge Management : - Maintain the repository for all past and present RFI responses - Create repositories of content that can be reused across different RFIs and constantly update the same - Manage the repository of case studies, important collaterals and client references list as appropriate for each area of service. - MBA in Marketing / Finance / Operations - 3-6 years of POST MBA experience in Marketing /Pre-sales, Research or Consulting with a strong performance record - It is essential for the candidate to have managed large & complex RFPs involving cross-functional services aspects, with a strong understanding of the complete bid management value chain - Understanding of Wipro as an organization, with the knowledge of IT Services (Applications, Infrastructure, BPS, Digital, Analytics).
