JD of Financial Analyst and Investor Relations

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst and Investor Relations to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Finance Head and leadership team to ensure high- quality, timely, and strategic communication with current and potential investors.

You'll help shape the narrative of our growth, manage data rigorously, and support all backend processes that make fundraising and investor engagement seamless

Workstreams You Will Own (Like a Boss!)

Investor Relations & Fundraising Support

- Maintain and own the investor data room: financials, KPIs, compliance, and ops metrics

- Coordinate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc investor reports

- Build and refine financial models, decks, and analysis for fundraising

- Support due diligence processes during future funding rounds

- Track and respond to investor data requests in a timely, accurate manner

Strategic Finance Support

- Work with business finance to extract, verify, and analyze key operating metrics

- Create dashboards, cohort analyses, and KPI trackers for leadership use

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Tech) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy

Stakeholder Communication

- Partner with founders, Finance head, and department heads on crafting investor messaging

- Ensure all investor-facing materials are consistent, high-quality, and on-brand

What makes you a great fit!

- 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or a startup finance team

- Experience with investor communication or supporting fundraising

- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills

- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

- A mindset that's both detail-oriented and founder-level sharp

- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership, high-ambiguity environment
