1. Drive Client Zero Transformation

- Lead, track, and coordinate organization-wide initiatives to deploy Agentic AI across internal processes, including delivery, sales, marketing, HR, finance, and operations.

- Convert business problems into structured Agentic AI value cases and help internal teams adopt AI solutions that improve efficiency, cycle time, and overall productivity.

- Work closely with Engineering & AI teams to translate internal use cases into external offerings and reusable accelerators.

2. Executive Program Management

- Serve as the CEO's program manager for strategic priorities.

- Facilitate cross-functional execution by collaborating with Delivery, Sales, L&D, HR, Marketing, and Operations leaders.

- Establish clear milestones, KPIs, and outcomes for each initiative.

3. Monthly Operations Review

- Own the preparation, synthesis, and reporting of all strategic initiative updates for the CEO's Monthly Operations Meeting.

- Create crisp dashboards, insights, and executive-ready presentations highlighting risks, progress, dependencies, and decisions needed.

4. Research & Strategic Insight

- Conduct competitive, market, and benchmark analysis-particularly around Agentic AI, IT services, and productivity automation.

- Generate recommendations for internal process improvements and revenue-generating opportunities.

- Draft strategic memos, business cases, and executive briefs for the CEO.

5. Cross-Organization Coordination

- Ensure alignment across executives and teams by facilitating structured communication, decision tracking, and follow-through.

- Monitor initiative health, escalate roadblocks, and ensure commitments are delivered.

- Bring discipline to execution through frameworks, tracking systems, OKRs, or PMO best practices.

Who You Are

- Fresh MBA graduate from IIMs or equivalent tier-1 B-school.

- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and business acumen.

- Excellent communication skills-able to distill complex concepts into executive-ready narratives.

- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity with senior stakeholders.

- Passionate about AI, digital transformation, and business process optimization.

- Self-starter who thrives in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments.

- Ability to work from our Bangalore or Hyderabad office with global time-zone collaboration.
