Role Overview :
The Campus Recruitment role is responsible for building and executing WinWire's campus recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent from leading universities and colleges. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and university career services to build strong relationships, promote WinWire's employer brand, and manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping WinWire's future workforce by identifying and recruiting high-potential graduates who can contribute to the company's continued growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with WinWire's overall talent acquisition goals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with career services departments, faculty, and student organizations at target universities to enhance WinWire's visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with campus placement teams to secure optimal slots, hiring dates, and engagement opportunities.
- Lead discussions with institutes to ensure priority access, better scheduling, and improved participation logistics.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews, to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for specific roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track and analyze campus recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement, optimizing the recruitment process.
- Manage the campus recruitment budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources to maximize the impact of recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to continuously improve WinWire's recruitment strategies and processes, maintaining a competitive edge.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from target universities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with students, faculty, and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Engineering OR Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
