Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5-6 years
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations professional to support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and on-ground activations. This role will act as a bridge between the marketing team, internal operations, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow, cost optimization, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management: Ensure team members follow established processes and workflows for seamless campaign execution.
- Budgeting Support: Assist in preparing and managing marketing budgets, aligning with activity elements and campaign requirements.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce internal costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Campaign Briefing: Take detailed briefs from the marketing team, understand budgets, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Internal Coordination: Schedule and lead internal briefing sessions with operations teams to align deliverables and timelines.
- Regional Execution: Ensure that campaign briefings and activations are executed accurately in respective regions.
- Timely Delivery: Monitor progress to ensure campaign activities start and conclude as per commitment.
- Stakeholder Management: Create WhatsApp groups for key stakeholders, facilitate real-time updates, and share activity pictures.
- Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, oversee campaign closure activities, and ensure comprehensive reporting is sent to the marketing team.
- Campaign Stories: Coordinate with the marketing team to compile and share campaign stories and outcomes.
- Vendor & Partner Identification: Build and maintain a database of local vendors, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), schools, colleges, corporates, and other potential partners for marketing activations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, activations, or campaign management.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
