Role Overview:

- We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance/PPM Principal Consultant with strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven client-facing experience.

- The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Fusion implementations and support engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM implementations.

- Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide strategic guidance.

- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and PPM.

- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM modules.

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to lead workshops and drive solution design.

- Professional certification in Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) preferred.
