Winfo Solutions - Director - Solutions Development

Title : Director Solutions Development.

Location : Hyderabad.

Job Summary: The Head of Development will be responsible for leading both custom development and the development of Winfo's solutions.

- With a focus on Oracle technology, the role will also greatly benefit from experience with Microsoft Azure.

- The successful candidate will define a common set of standards and tools for the CI/CD lifecycle and drive their adoption across Winfo to ensure efficient and consistent practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development team in the creation and implementation of custom software solutions.

- Oversee the ongoing development of Winfo's proprietary solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and maintain competitive edge.

- Utilize expertise in Oracle technology to guide and mentor the development team.

- Leverage knowledge of Microsoft Azure to enhance the scalability and performance of solutions.

- Define and establish a common set of standards, tools, and practices for the CI/CD lifecycle.

- Drive the adoption of these standards across all development projects to ensure consistency and quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development practices with overall business objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within Winfo.

- Report directly to the Chief Digital Officer, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in leading development teams with a focus on Oracle technology.

- Strong background in Microsoft Azure and its integration with development practices.

- Experience in defining CI/CD standards and driving their adoption across development teams.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within the organization.
