Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 15+ years of relevant corporate sales experience in sectors such as FMCG, lifestyle, luxury goods, writing instruments, corporate gifting, or related premium categories.

Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate.

Job Purpose: The National Corporate Sales Manager will lead and scale corporate business development across India.

The role requires identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential corporate clients across key sectors such as Education, Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, Construction, IT-BPM, Cement, Automobile, Banking, and allied industries.

The position will be responsible for driving the national corporate sales strategy, expanding revenue streams, and positioning the company as a preferred partner for premium gifting.

The role also includes leading and enabling regional corporate sales teams to achieve sales targets, strengthening client relationships, and driving consistent execution and market presence across all regions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a national corporate sales strategy aligned with business goals.

- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer segments, and enterprise-level business prospects.

Revenue Achievement:

- Own the Corporate Sales P&L at a national level.

- Drive the complete sales funnel lead generation, negotiation, closure, and post-sales engagement.

- Monitor quarterly targets, KRAs, and pipeline health.

Business Development & Client Management:

- Identify and engage key corporate clients, decision-makers, influencers, and procurement heads.

- Understand industry needs, business cycles, and corporate gifting priorities to create relevant product proposals.

- Build customized pitches leveraging product innovation, category insights, and client business goals.

Market Intelligence & Innovation:

- Track competitor offerings, evolving corporate gifting trends, and client procurement patterns.

- Work with product and design teams to conceptualize customized, seasonal, and industry-fit solutions.

Process, Technology & Reporting:

- Ensure efficient usage of CRM (Zoho or any similar CRM software) for tracking leads, conversion cycles, and client history.

- Drive data-led reporting, including business reviews, forecasts, dashboards, and performance tracking.

- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely billing, documentation, and payment collections as per company policy.

Team Management & Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the regional corporate sales teams.

- Foster capability-building, best practices, and high-performance culture across regions.

- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams.

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven experience in enterprise and large-ticket B2B sales.

- Ability to conceptualize tailored and innovative product-based solutions.

- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zoho or similar tools for sales tracking and reporting.

- Strong financial understanding including contracts, commercial terms, invoices, and timely payment follow-ups.

- High degree of business acumen, analytical thinking, and a growth-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively across regions based on business requirements.
