Candidates will be experts on consumer life cycle management, inbound marketing, website analytics, understand the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of each platform, and know how to utilize data in formulating a campaign strategy. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms like MO Engage, HubSpot, etc is a big plus. The individual will manage a team of data analysts( external ?) and content creators and will require excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, as well as demonstrate sound leadership and decision-making ability. Responsibilities: - Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms. - Segmentation of existing database into cohorts using RFM/Alternative framework and developing of yearlong multimedia (email/WhatsApp/SMS) engagement calendar - Ownership of customer lifecycle &gt; retention and upsell. - Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion. - Create an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met. - Managing a content marketing budget. - Understanding of web publishing requirements. - Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset. - Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics. - Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns. - Managing a team of writers, illustrators, and partners (Content, Growth & Data) - Implementing SEO best practices. - Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to. - Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content. Requirements: - Proven work ex in Content Strategy, Content Marketing and/or Retention - Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms and tools like HubSpot, MoEngage, Mail Chimp, etc - Data-driven and highly analytical. - Proficiency with Google Analytics. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication.
