Wiingy - Program Manager - International Market - IIT/NIT/BITS

Role Overview:

We're hiring a Global Program Manager who loves solving problems, scaling processes, and working with smart people. You'll own delivery excellence for assigned categories and build a high-quality tutor network that can serve learners across global markets. This role is a mix of operations, analytics, process design, and cross-functional execution, perfect for someone who likes end-to-end ownership and moving fast.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and scale the tutor supply across the US, Canada, and the UK

- Acquire, screen, onboard, and improve the performance of the supply base

- Drive end-to-end execution: process design, data analysis, performance monitoring

- Partner with Operations, Growth and Product teams to solve real on-ground challenges

- Lead and coach a small team, driving performance and outcomes

What We're Looking For:

- 1-5 years of experience in a Startup

- Strong analytical skills (Excel is a must)

- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Ownership mindset, bias for action, and a "get things done" attitude

- Comfortable working in US shift timings (workday starts at 2 PM IST)
