Wiingy - Business Development Manager

- Lead and scale Wiingy's global tutor supply across US, Canada, UK, Australia and India.

- Manage a team of 6-8 BD specialists with weekly/monthly targets

- Build channels via job boards, universities, agencies & communities

- Ensure supply across subjects & global time zones

- Own full funnel: sourcing - screening - onboarding - activation

- Track KPIs: cost per tutor, conversion %, onboarding throughput, activation

- Improve onboarding processes to reduce drop-offs & increase quality

- Forecast supply gaps and run recruitment pushes in peak seasons

- 2-5 yrs in BD / supply / marketplace ops; strong leadership & data mindset

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

- US Shift Timing: 2PM-12PM
