Wholsum Foods - Associate/Senior Associate - Finance/Accounts Receivable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage accounts receivable for E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.

- Handle payment follow-ups with E-commerce partners to ensure timely collections.

- Perform item-wise reconciliation of sales, returns, commissions, discounts, and deductions.

- Identify and discuss discrepancies found during reconciliations with internal teams and external stakeholders for quick resolution.

- Monitor receivables ageing and highlight overdue cases for timely escalation.

- Support monthly closure activities and ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field. (CA preferred)

- 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

- Proven experience handling Accounts Receivable for E-commerce channels.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP (knowledge of SAP/Oracle is a plus).

- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills for payment follow-ups and issue resolution.
