Job Purpose:

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with complete hands-on ownership of end-to-end recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and support Whizzos growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.

- Independently close positions across functions and levels within defined hiring timelines.

- Partner with P&L leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role expectations.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking while building strong talent pipelines.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Whizzo.

- Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Track hiring metrics, share MIS reports, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

- Manage recruitment vendors and monitor performance, cost, and hiring effectiveness.

- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple hiring channels.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closure capability.

- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA / Masters in HR or relevant discipline.

- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or consultancy).

- Experience hiring for multiple roles and functions is preferred.
