Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth across domestic and export markets for industrial yarns portfolio. The role involves market expansion, client acquisition, key account management, end-to-end business ownership and developing strategic partnerships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth in domestic and international markets

- Identify new business opportunities in industrial yarns

- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and agents

- Manage export sales operations including documentation, pricing, and logistics coordination

- Expand presence in key global markets

- Work with regulatory and compliance requirements for international trade

- Coordinate with freight forwarders and export agencies

- Handle large and strategic accounts across infrastructure and industrial sectors

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

- Provide insights for product development and positioning

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to client specifications

- Support product customization based on client requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Business, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in sales of industrial yarns, or technical textiles

- Strong understanding of export markets and international trade regulations

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in domestic and global markets

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel for business
