White Owl Ventures - Senior Associate - Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of equity fundraising, debt fundraising, M&A, strategic investment, and pre-IPO mandates.

- Prepare investment teasers, pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations.

- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.

- Coordinate due diligence processes involving investors, legal advisors, auditors, and management teams.

- Manage investor communication, data rooms, and transaction timelines.

- Assist in term sheet negotiations and transaction closure activities.

- Assist senior leadership in sourcing new mandates, expanding the firm's deal pipeline.

- Participate in client meetings, networking events, conferences, and investor interactions.

- Other activities such as perform industry research, competitive benchmarking, market analysis, track investment trends & fundraising activities, and perform other activities as and when required
