The team you will be a part of.
The Channel Sales (Commission) team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy.
Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.
This Role In Summary.
Develop, execute and deliver WOIL's category wise strategy to drive sales.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Strategy:
- Review and manage consolidated demand plans.
- Lead the sales strategy and operations for the accessories portfolio.
- Lead the RTM execution strategy and ensure the success of the accessories executed over the next 3 years while collaborating with global and India service teams.
- Monitor competitor activities in the channel providing insights to Marketing, Finance, Quality, Pricing etc.
Channel Management:
- Launch innovative projects aimed at driving channel efficiency.
- Execute All India channel programs.
- Identify the key channels for the product range, determine the appropriate SKUs, and deliver distribution, assortment and visibility objectives across multiple markets and channels.
Networking:
- External: Collaboratore with distributors and external vendors.
- Internal:
Work closely with RSMs.
Coordinate with Supply chain, logistics and Commercial.
Minimum Requirements:
Tech/MBA/Graduation With 4-7 yrs of relevant experience.
