The team you will be a part of:
- Retail Operations & Trade Marketing which is responsible for execution and driving business from Retail.
- We take care of driving the Sell-Outs and visibility at the shop floor by creating right consumer experience and training & developing retail workforce.
This role in summary:
- Identification of prospects, shortlisting as per guidelines and target markets.
- Identification of civil, electrical work for store readiness.
- Engaging with agencies for designs, drawings and store rollout.
- Commercial discussions, agreement with partners.
- Complete ownership of the channel/outlets for volume-value-ROI and profitability.
- Preparation of marketing plan as per markets and execution to improve traffic to the stores.
- Create an unmatched consumer experience at the stores.
- Mystery audit and hygiene management of store.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Internal: HO teams, category teams, marketing teams.
- Regional: RRMM's, RM's, BM's.
- External: Agencies, vendors, common competition sources.
- Minimum requirements.
- MBA/PG with 8 years of experience in relevant field.
- Preferred skills and experiences.
- Experience in managing EBO channels with minimum 8 years experience in consumer durable or similar field.
