We're Hiring: Enterprise Sales Leader (US Market) | WhilterAI

WhilterAI empowers brands to scale AI-led creative production for social media marketing and hyper-personalized customer communication. As we expand across the US, we're looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader to drive our next phase of growth.

What We're Looking For

- 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience

- Strong network across CMOs, agencies, and adtech ecosystems

- Proven track record in closing mid-to-large ACV enterprise deals

- Experience selling marketing, creative, or adtech solutions is a strong advantage

- Based in the US or willing to travel frequently (valid US visa required)

- IIT/IIM alumni preferred

- Travel-ready (every two weeks)

Immediate joiner

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong ownership mindset with a willingness to experiment and iterate

What You'll Own

- End-to-end enterprise sales cycle for the US market

- Building, scaling, and optimizing a predictable revenue engine

- Collaborating closely with leadership on GTM strategy and execution

- Representing WhilterAI in discussions with senior brand and agency stakeholders
