Role And Responsibilities : - Maintain a healthy customer pipeline of Enterprises clients across FMCG companies - Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure. - Hire, lead, grow and develop the sales team of 3-4 people - Employ a consultative sales approach to develop and close new business opportunities - Accurately forecast and maintain a desirable sales pipeline to achieve quarterly targets - Use your experience in need identification & research to formalize a GTM strategy Key Requirements : 1. You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 2. You have 5+ years of experience with FMCG brands or leading FMCG Sales 3. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments. 4. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data. 5. You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 6. You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments. 7. Experience in managing high growth revenue targets. 8. Strong business acumen. Having handled PL roles will be a plus.
