About the Role

WheelEye is looking for a high-impact Sales Strategy & Growth professional to join our Central Strategy team. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, sales strategy, and business growth and will play a critical role in building, scaling, and optimizing B2B revenue engines across markets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sales or sales-led growth, understands B2B acquisition models, and can translate sales insights into scalable strategies, programs, and processes in a fast-paced 01 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

- Own and drive sales strategy for assigned markets, verticals, or initiatives.

- Work closely with sales, supply, and distribution teams to improve B2B acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.

- Identify new revenue opportunities, sales channels, and GTM approaches.

- Translate on-ground sales insights into scalable sales playbooks and growth frameworks.

- Take end-to-end ownership of P&L for assigned projects / business lines.

Strategy Execution & Business Scaling

- Execute central strategy initiatives focused on revenue growth, marketplace depth, and efficiency.

- Design and scale sales deployment models across cities and regions.

- Support leadership in defining pricing, incentive structures, and supplydemand levers.

- Run pilots, experiments, and growth sprints to unlock new sales opportunities.

Program & Project Management

- Lead cross-functional programs involving sales, operations, product, and city teams.

- Build SOPs, sales processes, playbooks, and execution frameworks to enable scale.

- Track execution rigor, timelines, and business impact across initiatives.

- Ensure consistent rollout and adoption of sales strategies across markets.

Data, Analysis & Problem Solving

- Track sales funnel metrics (leads, conversion, revenue, retention).

- Use data to diagnose sales performance gaps and design corrective strategies.

- Build dashboards, reports, and business cases for leadership reviews.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and efficiency.

Must-Have Skills

- Prior experience in sales, sales strategy, or sales-led growth roles.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales, GTM strategy, and revenue models.

- Exposure to P&L ownership or revenue responsibility.

- Ability to convert sales insights into structured strategy and execution plans.

- High ownership mindset with speed and execution clarity.

- Strong analytical skills with comfort working on metrics and dashboards.

- Excellent documentation skills (SOPs, sales playbooks, frameworks).

- Ability to thrive in startup / ambiguity-heavy / 01 environments.

Qualification & Experience

1-4 years of experience in:

- Sales / Sales Strategy / Growth / Central Ops / Program Management

- Background in startups, tech, logistics, transportation, or supply-chain businesses preferred.

- Bachelors degree required (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).
