Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a technology-driven organization.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR analytics.

- Proven experience working with software engineering, IT, or digital teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Excel, Power BI).

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
