About the Company :

WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup. We started in 2017 with the idea to empower the Truck Fleet Owners, and enable them and their business via technology. We started off as a GPS tracking company and today we have created an entire ecosystem of services aimed at transforming truck logistics in India. We aim to provide fleet owners with a one-stop platform for all their needs: GPS, Fastag, Fuel tracking, Marketplace, and more.

About the role :

- We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale business. This role requires a strong business builder with deep 0-1 and 1-10 experience, who can define PMF for the business and further has the capability to expand.

- The candidate must demonstrate strong judgment, execution ability, product-first thinking, and a people-centric leadership style.

- This is a high-stakes leadership role focused on launching and scaling next big business line.

- The VP - New Business will be responsible for crafting the PMF journey, leading teams across functions, and building a product-led growth engine.

Experience Required for the Role :

1. 12-15 yrs of experience working on multiple business lines

2. Minimum 5 yrs of Proven experience building a 0-1 business (ideally in a startup environment)

3. Minimum 3 yrs of Experience scaling 1- 10

4. Product-led growth experience across acquisition, activation, and service

5. Worked closely with product & tech teams
