Description:


We are looking for a high-ownership professional who can lead and execute end-to-end strategic projects, drive new business launches (01), and manage P&L with complete accountability. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands cross-functional execution, and can convert business ideas into scalable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

1. Project Ownership & 01 Launches

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of new projects from concept to launch.

- Drive market research, feasibility assessment, pilot planning, and scale-up strategies.

- Own timelines, resources, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth Go-Live.


2. P&L Management

- Own revenue, cost, margins, and overall profitability for the assigned vertical/project.

- Continuously monitor financial performance and take corrective actions to achieve business targets.

- Work closely with finance to drive AOP inputs, forecasting, and budget alignment.


3. AOP & Business Planning

- Lead annual operating plan (AOP) preparation for the vertical.

- Translate business goals into measurable plans, KPIs, and execution frameworks.

- Track performance metrics and implement strategic interventions to achieve targets.


4. Sales & GTM Strategy

- Define and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

- Identify new channels, customer segments, and monetisation opportunities.

- Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and marketing for GTM execution.


5. Cross-Functional Leadership

- Work with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.

- Lead cross-functional problem-solving and remove execution roadblocks.

- Enable smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in business, category management, growth, project management, or P&L-driving roles.

- Proven track record of owning and launching 01 initiatives.

- Strong understanding of P&L, AOP, revenue models, and sales strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.

- High ownership, execution excellence, and comfort working in fast-paced or startup environments.


Preferred (Good to Have)


- Experience in building new categories, verticals, or business lines.

- Prior exposure to strategy, program management, or GTM execution.

- Understanding of product, tech, or operations workflows.
