1) Business Ownership

- Own key business metrics, including revenue, CAC, LTV, and retention.

- Drive P&L accountability for the online GPS product line.

- Define and lead the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy to expand reach in target segments.

- Collaborate with Operations to ensure fulfillment, support, and logistics align with growth.

- Define and execute the long-term growth strategy, aligned with company goals.

2) Growth Execution & Experimentation

- Use funnel-first thinking to improve conversion at each stage (acquisition, activation, retention).

- Design and run campaigns (organic + paid) to drive user growth.

- Identify and segment the target audience (TG), optimizing messaging and channel mix.

- Own A/B experiments across creatives, landing pages, and pricing offers.

3) Data-Influenced Decision Making

- Make decisions based on judgment informed by data, even without deep SQL skills.

- Collaborate with analysts and BI teams to monitor key KPIs and surface insights.

- Test hypotheses quickly and iterate based on performance metrics.

4) Cross-Functional Leadership

- Work closely with Product, Ops, and Marketing to build and scale user journeys.

- Coordinate with tech teams to ensure product changes align with growth objectives.

- Be the voice of growth in strategic discussions.

5) Speed & Clarity

- Bias for action - move fast, seek results, and iterate quickly.

- Thrive in ambiguous environments by asking the right questions and setting direction.

- Communicate with crisp clarity - upward and cross-functionally.

6) Adaptability

- Apply your growth experience creatively to the GPS retail online space.

- Quickly understand new domains and evolve strategies accordingly.

- Balance first-principles thinking with industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in growth, or business strategy, experience in handling sales metrics

- Proven 0- 1 experience: successfully building or scaling new products, business lines, or growth engines in startup or high-growth environments.

- Strong analytical orientation with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfort operating in high-ownership, lean environments where speed and experimentation are key.
