About the Role:

- We are hiring a Marketing Lead - Core Marketing to build and scale the marketing strategy, GTM planning, and sales enablement for a fast-growing technology-driven logistics platform.

- This role focuses on strategic marketing, solution positioning, integrated campaigns, and revenue enablement.

- It is not a Brand Manager role and not a pure Performance Marketing role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals

- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) planning for logistics products, services, and new regions

- Drive solution-led marketing programs for B2B / enterprise / SME customers

- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, deal influence, and conversion

- Build sales enablement assets - pitch decks, case studies, solution narratives, and collaterals

- Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis

- Define ICPs, buyer personas, and decision-making journeys

- Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Leadership

- Manage agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets
