Role: Associate Director - Operations (Fleet Business) Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 8-15 Years | Function: Ops Leadership & Strategy About the Role: We are looking for a high-ownership operations leader to scale Wheelseye's fleet-tech business across India. The role demands end-to-end leadership of fulfilment, field ops, and customer experience for our IOT-based fleet products. Key Responsibilities: - Build and scale a 10X-ready operations model across India - Drive SLA, technician productivity, and cost efficiency - Lead cross-functional planning with Tech, Product, Sales, and HR - Build tech-led SOPs and dashboards for early issue detection - Manage a large on-ground workforce (1000+ installers) - Own execution of critical compliance metrics (e.g., AIS-140, eSIM) Key Metrics: - Daily Active Technician % - SLA Adherence (D0/D3/D7) - Attrition and Productivity - Cost per Installation - CSAT and Installer NPS What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in scaling field ops & managing 1000+ member teams - Background in fleet-tech/logistics/SaaS operations preferred - Strong cross-functional and product collaboration skills - Bias for action, ground-orientation & strategic mindset
